My name is Glenn Vallin and I am MD and owner of Intersignal. I started the company 16 years ago together with three colleagues, and all of us had worked together at the Swedish Rail Administration.
Intersignal is about safety, confidence and trust. Safe and confident travel on our railways requires the signal, electrical and telecom infrastructures to be of absolute top quality. It is in this important area that Intersignal does business.
Much has happened during our 16 years of activities. Happily, rail travel has increased significantly – an increase we believe will only continue, as the focus on the environment and safety sharpens. Of course, an increase in rail travel demands large investments in infrastructure; an infrastructure that Intersignal takes part in building.
Intersignal has enjoyed good growth since its very beginning. We have opened office in four new regions in Sweden, developed new business areas, managed a whole raft of interesting projects and taken on many new employees. And this is just the beginning …
As managing director it is my ambition for Intersignal to be a sound and important project partner. We will always contribute to project objectives being met and exceeded by applying our expertise and dedication. As a company we must be seen as knowledgeable, easily accessible and efficient.
